Ice Queen

There are times when I can't think of looks to create, and there are times when my mind is filling to the brim with ideas.  Thankfully it's the latter for me right now.  It must be the autumnal air or the holiday festivities, but I can't help but try out different looks both with new makeup that I've acquired and oldies but goodies that have been sitting in my closet.

This look was inspired by a Benefit eyeshadow cream that I haven't had a chance to use, but received as a GWP from Sephora.  It's must've been the chilly weather that made me think of this lovely silver cream.  I believe the color is discontinued but the texture was so easy to work with that I may have to try out the other colors.  I hope you enjoy this wintery look.  Happy Holidays!

  1. See? Gorgeous tutorials, hon! :D And that 2nd pic of you is adorable. Love this look--it is VERY ice-queen-ish! Great job!

Also, how do you like the Burberry Fresh Glow? For some reason, I never really looked twice at it until very recently...now I REALLY am wanting it to use as a highlighter (my skin is much too shiny/oily to use as a primer)

    1. You're too sweet Becca, thank you! I actually use Burberry Fresh Glow as a highlighter and have never used it as a primer (I should try though!). After I've applied foundation, I like to apply this to the high points of my cheeks and down the bridge of my nose. It's like it instantly gives me an airbrushed look. I did this for my friends and all they could say was, "Whoa!"
